What is included in Membership?

Once you become a member to, you have access to all of the questions, educational explanations, video answers, judges’ information and horse show listings.  You may watch any video answer for as many times as you want.


How will I know if new questions or new judges are added?

To keep up to date with all new questions and new judges posted and other announcements, please sign up for our Free Newsletter by clicking on the Newsletter link from the home page.  We try to add at least one question, answer or judge per month but that is not always possible.


Can I send in a question?

Absolutely!   Our questions come from you!  So send us your comments and the questions you want answered by our roster of United States Equestrian Federation judges. Our job is to pick their brains so you can benefit from their expertise. We will try to include YOUR question in our next round of taping.  Please contact us at with your questions or feedback.


How do I cancel my Membership?

You can cancel your membership any time you wish. For your convenience, billing is recurring until you cancel your membership. 


If you would like to cancel your membership, please login to the web site and click on the Account Info link in the upper right corner of any web site page.  Under the My Membership tab, click on the link Cancel in the right hand column of your Membership listing.


You will no longer be billed on your credit card as soon as your membership has been cancelled.  If you cancel before your paid time limit has expired, you will not lose the time period that you paid for, meaning that after you cancel your membership, your credit card will no longer be billed but you will still be able to login to the web site with your username and password up until the last day of your membership period.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on the link saying "Forgot Your Password?" and follow the instructions.


Is my credit card information secure?

Our payment processing center is not only one of the most highly respected and acknowledged processing centers in the world, but also ensures that your credit card information is safe and secure and that your email address will never be used for any marketing or third party use.


Are there technical requirements to use the web site?

When accessing web site, you need a high speed DSL or Cable internet connection with a current version of the video player on your browser or device (PC, I-Phone, I-Pad, etc.).  The videos are in .mp4 format.   You can watch any video on the site for as many times as you wish.
